Payment details - For UK inhouse sales (currently only A4 Posters and Tarot Readings)
Paypal - Use the 'buy it now', and/or "add to basket" buttons. Dont forget to add an accurate address and contact information for delivery purposes. It is very easy and FREE to sign up for a paypal account, but you do not need to in order to pay with a credit or debit card. Paypal is always FREE for you to buy.
For cheques or postal orders, Email your order to us, please make cheques out to "Julia Staff", send payment to our address on the Contact Us page. We will email you within 24hours of receiving an order with an invoice for your records. Allow up to seven days for cheques to clear, before your order is processed or dispatched.
For our other Hand Picked shopping experiences with Spreadshirt (clothing) Amazon (Books cd's, Cards, DVDs and much more) Your Health food Store (Personal Health and Beauty) Ecotopia - (Eco friendly items) Simply Fair (Fair trade ethical items) and Myakka (Beautiful Fair Trade Indian Furniture)- they each have their own shopping cart and secure payment site for all major credit and debit cards. Please see individual terms and conditions, with guidance on dispatch/delivery costs, I have only good things to say about these companies, they dispatch promptly and the products themselves are of good quality and value.
Non UK - Overseas sales we accept paypal only, and shipping will be priced differently than UK fees. Please email us your order and we will invoice you by Paypal with the correct P&P for Overseas, we will combine postage for multiple purchases, where ever possible.

Delivery Information
All our prices for the UK have P&P stated clearly and included in the price. If you buy more than one item you can email your order through to us and wait for us to send you an accurate Paypal invoice. As a general rule we charge full P&P for the highest priced P&P item and 50% P&P on all other purchases. Please Email us with any queries before buying as our system does not automatically apply discounts. If in doubt always email your order through before paying to ensure your P&P charges are correct, we cannot refund P&P charges after the payment has been made.
Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, or Standard Parcel Rate.We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, we always obtain proof of posting. If you would like a Recorded Delivery for peace of mind please email prior to paying to receive an up to date invoice as there will be an extra charge.
We generally dispatch within 3 days of receiving cleared payment for an order, although some items may take longer, please allow up to 14 days from time of placing an order before contacting us regarding non- delivery, some of our products are sourced from the U.S and can take time to arrive. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear, before we will dispatch.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you ASAP and either dispatch the item when it is in stock, or we will refund you, your choice.
Tarot Cards Readings are sent via an email attachment within 3 working days of cleared payment.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of sale, please return the item at your own cost
and we will refund you for the full amount (ex your P&P fee)
